Draft for the firm’s review. This is a starting point prepared for the website, not legal advice about your own data-protection obligations. Please confirm the retention period, the contact point and anything required by the law applicable to your practice before publishing.
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information submitted through this website — the enquiry form, and clicks that start a WhatsApp or telephone conversation. Information you give us once we act for you is governed by our engagement terms and professional obligations.
What we collect through the enquiry form
- Your name and the phone or WhatsApp number you ask us to reply to
- Your email address, if you give one
- The intended city, the marital status of both parties, and — for foreign-national cases — the nationalities and country of residence
- Any message you write, and the page the enquiry was sent from
The form does not accept file uploads. Please do not send CNIC or passport numbers or images through it; we will tell you where to send documents for your case.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, to assess the legal requirements that apply to your case, and to keep a record of the advice given. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
WhatsApp and telephone
Choosing WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. Nothing is sent until you press send, and what you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Analytics and cookies
If analytics is enabled, measurement is set to denied until you accept it, and we use it only to understand which pages are useful. The site sets no advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting information
Enquiries are stored in the website’s own database and emailed to the practice. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and to meet professional record-keeping requirements. To ask what we hold, or to have an enquiry deleted, contact us using the details on the contact page.
