What court marriage actually means

In Pakistan, “court marriage” is not a ceremony inside a courtroom. It is the lawful path couples take to marry through Nikah and register that Nikah with the local Union Council, creating an official government record and enabling a NADRA marriage certificate.

Couples usually come to us because they want privacy, are managing a sensitive family situation, or simply want the paperwork completed correctly the first time.
