Editorial and Legal Review Policy

How the legal guidance on this site is researched, who reviews it, and how corrections are handled.

How these pages are written

Each substantive page states who wrote it, who reviewed it, the jurisdiction it addresses and the date of the last legal review. Where a rule differs between Islamabad Capital Territory and Punjab, the page says so rather than publishing a single nationwide statement.

Sources

Legal explanations are checked against primary sources, including the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961 and the rules made under it, applicable provincial and Islamabad Capital Territory legislation, and the procedures of the competent registration authorities. Federal legislation can be consulted through the Pakistan Code.

What we do not do

  • We do not invent court judgments, legal citations, credentials or government approvals.
  • We do not promise same-day registration or certificate issuance, or any immigration outcome.
  • We do not publish client testimonials without the client’s permission.

Corrections

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, please tell us and we will check it against the current law and correct the page, updating the review date.

To be confirmed by the firm: review cycle (for example, every six months), and the name and contact point for corrections.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a lawyer–client relationship and is not legal advice. Eligibility is confirmed only after documents have been reviewed.
