How these pages are written
Each substantive page states who wrote it, who reviewed it, the jurisdiction it addresses and the date of the last legal review. Where a rule differs between Islamabad Capital Territory and Punjab, the page says so rather than publishing a single nationwide statement.
Sources
Legal explanations are checked against primary sources, including the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961 and the rules made under it, applicable provincial and Islamabad Capital Territory legislation, and the procedures of the competent registration authorities. Federal legislation can be consulted through the Pakistan Code.
What we do not do
- We do not invent court judgments, legal citations, credentials or government approvals.
- We do not promise same-day registration or certificate issuance, or any immigration outcome.
- We do not publish client testimonials without the client’s permission.
