About the Practice

A marriage documentation practice working in Islamabad and Rawalpindi since 2003.

What we do

We assist eligible couples with the legal documentation of marriage: eligibility and document review, preparation of the Nikah Nama and the affidavit of free will, coordination of the Nikah Registrar and witnesses, registration through the competent Union Council, and assistance obtaining the computerized Marriage Registration Certificate. We also assist with marriages involving foreign nationals and overseas Pakistanis, including certified translation of foreign documents.

How we work

  • Documents are reviewed before an appointment is confirmed, so that a scheduled Nikah is not delayed by a deficiency.
  • We explain which stage each fee covers, and what remains dependent on a government authority.
  • We do not guarantee registration, certificate issuance or any immigration outcome, because those depend on authorities other than us.

To be completed by the firm: team profiles, professional qualifications and bar credentials, genuine office photographs, and any client feedback you have permission to publish. Nothing of that kind has been invented here — please supply the verified details and they will be added.

Discuss your court marriage requirements

Send your city, the nationality and marital status of both parties, and the documents you already hold. We will explain the applicable requirements, the likely timeline and what a written quotation would cover.

Or send a short enquiry

No documents through this form. We reply with the requirements that apply to your case.

Please do not paste CNIC or passport numbers here.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a lawyer–client relationship and is not legal advice. Eligibility is confirmed only after documents have been reviewed.
